Technical employee who achieved college degree or above  amounted to 32% of total staff. Employees who specialize in R & D accounted for 17% of total staff. In 2004, our company found a research and development center based on the provincial technical center and post-doctoral research center. The development aim of our research and development center is to be the frontier of new electronic material field.

Our research and development center draw up the design and develop control program to control the whole process of products'design and development. Our research and development center also draw up the technological project incentive system to stimulate staffs' enthusiasm and improve staffs'comprehensive quality.
